Redesigning Snap Admail to elevate user experience

With a tight launch timeline of two months, I collaborated with the third-party agency that owns the Snap Admail platform to develop a four-phase design sprint plan to improve the already easy-to-use direct mail platform. This approach allowed us to implement quick branding changes for launch, while phases 2-4 focused on a complete redesign and enhanced user experience.

ORIGINAL PAGES

An audit was conducted to identify areas for improvement. While the pages incorporated some components from Canada Post’s ongoing brand update, there were still significant elements that needed to be addressed.

Updates included a complete layout redesign—covering padding, design components, typography, colors, button design and states, icons, and content flow across all pages.


REDESIGN

Collaborating closely with the visual designer, we resolved all flagged issues, improving content readability and creating a more visually appealing experience.
