EasyFlow Phase 2: Campaign Library
Developing a key feature for Canada Post’s EasyFlow product
During Phase 2 of Smartmail Marketing's EasyFlow—a user-friendly, self-serve direct mail tool for medium to large businesses—we focused on adding functionality for users to return and view their created campaigns. The initial flow lacked this feature, making it a key priority for this phase.

I developed an user interaction flow and facilitated a Jobs-to-be-Done and acceptance matrix workshop with key stakeholders. This process aligned the team on key functionalities to prioritize for launch, identified different user types and their access levels, and clarified user actions and responses for each functionality.


WIREFRAMES
With team alignment achieved and workshops successfully concluded, I took the lead on creating wireframes, working closely with the product manager, product owner, and business analyst to ensure a cohesive and strategic approach.
